Completion marathon for BUWOG

In spring at BUWOG Group GmbH everything's happening all at once: no less than four projects were recently completed or will be in the near future. This means that more than 300 privately financed condominiums are ready to be handed over to the new residents.

There are four projects in various locations in Vienna and aimed at different target groups. What links them are BUWOG's high standards for fixtures and fittings, which are obvious in each unit, and the completion date in spring 2019. "As one of the most active developers in Vienna, we are incredibly proud of our current construction and completion volume", says Andreas Holler, managing director of BUWOG Group GmbH. "Our development pipeline currently has around 5,500 residential units, and this spring alone 305 privately financed condominiums will be completed on schedule in the projects on Grinzinger Allee, Pfeiffergasse and in Seestadt". By the end of the year, BUWOG plans to put a total of more than 800 apartments on the market. Apartments which are urgently needed, according to Holler: "Vienna is one of the fastest-growing cities in the German-speaking world, and we have enormous development potential here for additional housing, which we plan to exploit further with increased development activities".

  • Grinzinger Allee 6-8

By mid-April in the heart of Döbling, BUWOG built a high-quality project with 43 condominiums and a range of services that has everything for the new residents: divided over six floors, the units have two to three rooms and are approximately 50 sqm to 150 sqm. HNP architects ZT GmbH is responsible for the architecture. The majority of the apartments have been equipped with open areas such as a balcony, loggia or terrace. A gym has also been housed on the first upper floor. In the private underground garage there are 35 parking spaces and electric charging stations available. The location and infrastructure offer optimal connections to the public transport network as well as immediate proximity to local suppliers and recreational areas.

 

  • SeeSee Home

As part of the BUWOG project "SeeSee", SeeSee Home will be handed over to the new residents at the end of April. The project consists of 78 privately financed condominiums of two to five rooms and approximately 50 sqm to 114 sqm. SeeSee Home was planned by the architectural firm gerner°gerner plus, which has focused on a tiered design with spacious terraces for the project. SeeSee Home is primarily aimed at families: there is a playground on the property for children and for young people, and there is also a kindergarten on the ground floor. In the multi-site underground garage there are 77 parking spaces available for owners of SeeSee Home apartments. As part of "SeeSee", SeeSee Home is located close to the lake in Seestadt Aspern and thus promises quickly accessible opportunities for leisure and recreation.

 

  • Pfeiffergasse 3-5

In Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus BUWOG developed the project "Wohnzeile 15", consisting of a total of 128 privately financed rental apartments and 81 privately financed condominiums with two to four rooms and floor area of approximately 42 sqm to 100 sqm. Planned by Huss Hawlik Architekten ZT GmbH – the condominiums will be handed over to their new residents at the end of April. They can look forward to their personal oasis of peace in the middle of the 15th district, for each unit has been equipped with open areas (balcony, loggia or private garden). Despite the quiet location, the future residents are directly connected to the urban hustle and bustle, as they are just a few minutes' walk from Mariahilfer Straße. The Naschmarkt as well as the city centre can be reached quickly with the nearby U6 and U4. Drivers park in one of the 112 parking spaces in the private underground garage – they can easily reach the A1 motorway via the Wienzeile.

 

  • SeeSee Living

The project SeeSee Living – also part of BUWOG's "SeeSee" project in Seestadt Aspern – will conclude BUWOG's completion marathon at the end of May. Planned by the architectural firm Hillinger Mayrhofer, the 103 privately financed condominiums with two to four rooms and about 55 sqm to 100 sqm of floor area have open areas such as a balcony, loggia or terrace with a private garden and also offer the leisure and recreational opportunities of Seestadt. The future residents also have everything they need in terms of infrastructure: the connections to the public transport network are optimal, and local suppliers, doctors and education centres are also within walking distance. There are 43 parking spaces available for the residents of SeeSee Living in the multi-site underground garage.
