Keys handed over for 128 BUWOG rental apartments in Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus

In a festive setting the keys were handed over to the new residents of the BUWOG project "Wohnzeile 15" on 4 June 2019. Together with Gerhard Zatlokal, district manager of the 15th district of Vienna, Andreas Holler, managing director of development at BUWOG Group GmbH, symbolically handed over the key to the new home to tenants of the recently completed project. "We are very proud to be represented here in the 15th district with such a special project. With 'Wohnzeile 15', we've developed a mixed property featuring rental and condominium apartments. This reflects our efforts to develop an increasing number of affordable rental apartments in the future as well", Holler says.

With 209 residential units, 128 of them privately financed rental apartments, the project at Pfeiffergasse 3-5 now offers a new home for families, singles and others. Local suppliers, pharmacies, a post office, bank, physicians and hospitals can be reached on foot.

Recreation at the city's edge close to the centre

Planned by Huss Hawlik Architekten ZT GmbH – the apartments offer residents their personal oasis of tranquillity in the midst of the 15th district. Each of the 209 units in total has been equipped with open areas (balcony, loggia or private garden). Despite the quiet location, the future residents are directly connected to the urban hustle and bustle, as they are just a few minutes' walk from Mariahilfer Straße. The Naschmarkt as well as the city centre can also be quickly reached with the nearby U6 and U4. Drivers and motorcyclists park in one of the 112 parking spaces in the private underground garage – they can easily reach the A1 motorway via the Wienzeile

For BUWOG it is currently the second project in the 15th district. The topping out will take place soon for the project at Linke Wienzeile 280 with 192 rental apartments.
